Britney Spears reportedly has a new man in her life.

The ‘Toxic’ singer made her first formal public appearance in months at the 50th birthday party of fashion mogul Christian Audigier, where she was spotted with Jason Trewick.

Trewick, according to sources, has known Britney for years; and the singer’s dad, Jamie Spears, has been telling friends he is a “stabilizing influence” on his daughter.

A source said, “Jamie thinks Jason would be a great match for Britney.

“She always had a thing for bad boys but now she realises good guys can be attractive, too.”

R&B superstar R. Kelly and a girl who described him as her godfather and was about 13 or 14 are the two people on a pornographic tape Kelly is accused of making, the girl’s former best friend testified on Wednesday.

Simha Jamison, now 24, said in the second full day of the Grammy Award-winning artist’s trial that she recognized her friend Roshona Landfair on the videotape from her face and from a “mullet” haircut the two girls had gotten together.

“I saw (the tape) in late February 2002,” said Jamison, a Chicago hair stylist.

“Who did you believe was the female on that tape?” asked prosecutor Shauna Boliker of the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.

“I believed it was my best friend, Roshona,” she replied.

And the man on the tape, which Jamison was shown again on Wednesday before court?

“Her godfather, R. Kelly,” she said, explaining that’s how Roshona had introduced the singer.

Kelly is charged with 14 counts of videotaping, producing or soliciting child pornography with a 26-minute tape featuring oral sex, masturbation and other explicit acts. If convicted of all charges, the 41-year-old performer, whose given name is Robert Kelly, could be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.

The former bodyguard, David Kim, has filed a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The suit says that the actress never paid him his $4,000 per week salary.

Kim is suing Lohan for $55,000 plus the cost of damages to his borrowed car. Kim’s car was wrecked after Lohan’s driver made an illegal right turn to avoid the paparazzi.

The lawsuit, which also names Lohan’s company Crossheart Productions as a defendant, states that the former bodyguard accompanied Lohan to industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, paid gratuities to the staff and valets at venues where the actress partied out of his own pocket and was never reimbursed. It also states that Lohan breached an oral contract with Kim and violated several lobor codes.

It was only just two weeks ago that a Los Angeles court judge ordered Lohan’s manager, Lindsay’s mother Dina, to pay $300,000 to another former bodyguard, Antonio Almeida, who was owed money that he invested to start Lohan’s music career.

Lohan’s representative denies the allegations, telling People magazine, “I’m not aware of that bodyguard. I’ve never even heard of that person.”

The “Mean Girls” star has been linked romantically to pal Samantha Ronson for some time and now Dina and Ali Lohan are speaking out about the gossip.

In an interview to promote her new reality show, “Living Lohan,” Dina tells TV show Extra, “Samantha’s an amazing girl,” while Ali adds, “They’re best friends. They’re just friends. It’s pathetic what people say.”

Dina explains, “It’s so silly. We actually laugh about it now. It really does hurt … but you develop a thick skin. You have to ignore it.”

The interview ended abruptly when Extra reporter A.J. Calloway asked Dina about her relationship with her estranged husband, (and Lindsay’s father) Michael. The family publicist objected to the personal question and ended the chat

Lindsay Lohan may have stripped for New York magazine, but that doesn’t mean she appears in a video performing a sex act on her ex.

The still photos from a sex tape circulating the Internet were initially thought to feature the “Mean Girls” star, but instead have been shown to feature an unknown girl entirely, reports TMZ.com.

The muckracking gossip site claims that an unidentified girl from Illinois and her boyfriend recorded their bedroom exploits, which he then posted to XTube two months ago. Two other videos showcase the pair, and in these it’s more apparent that the girl is not Lohan.

The video surfaced Thursday, and rumors stated that Lohan and her ex-boyfriend Calum Best were the stars. Best is a model and the son of renowned English soccer player George Best.
