Samantha Ronson, along with her rumored girlfriend, Lindsay Lohan, snubbed her own birthday celebrations on Tuesday night. The two reportedly abandoned the party to avoid photographers.

Ronson and her twin sister, Charlotte, threw a double celebration at the Bowery Hotel in Los Angeles in honor of their 31st birthdays.

But Ronson and Lohan were said to have left the party early after a swarm of photographers arrived outside.

A source tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, “Charlotte and Sam do this party every year with (publicist) Amanda Silverman.

“The photographers must have caught on because they were outside the hotel. Sam and Lindsay were livid and just left to go do their own thing.”

Lindsay Lohan thrilled one young cancer sufferer when she phoned in to a radio fund raiser to say hello.

Los Angeles radio hosts Saint John and Keri Steele interrupted their Friday morning 104.3 MYfm radiothon for the city’s Children’s Hospital to take a call from the actress.

Lohan, who is a regular celebrity visitor to the hospital, phoned in when she heard the hosts chatting to a young patient, called Edna, who she recently met.

The thrilled teenager was left speechless when she heard Lohan’s voice.

The actress said, “Are you nervous to be on the radio, because I am.”

Upon hearing that Edna is slowly getting better, Lohan added, “I’m glad that you’re doing well and everything’s good.”

The star went on to admit that a trip to the Children’s Hospital can be a very daunting experience: “It’s an amazing place, but, for me, it was very overwhelming to see children in so much pain. … It was nice to play games with them and make children really happy.”

The surprise caller then insisted she’d spend the day urging all her family and friends to call into the radiothon and donate cash for the hospital.

Lohan had another surprise in store for her young fan — she offered to take Edna on a shopping spree.

Lindsay Lohan’s father won’t give her away if she marries girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Michael Lohan - who claims he hasn’t been told about plans for Lindsay to marry DJ Samantha later this year - doubts he will be involved in the ceremony if his daughter does tie the knot.

He said: “I haven’t heard anything about an upcoming wedding from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle. “She knows about my Christian faith - she just wouldn’t ask.” Michael insists he does support Lindsay’s relationship with Samantha and simply wants her to live a joyful life.

He added: “I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path. If I discuss her relationship, I say that I want her to be happy.” Last week, it was claimed Lindsay and Samantha were planning to exchange vows at a private Los Angeles ceremony. It is believed the nuptials could take place in November around the same time Lindsay releases her new album ‘Spirit in the Dark’.

Looks like it, as several gossip websites are reporting Lindsay Lohan not only ‘enjoyed the company’ of Calum Best last summer - but also got it on tape!

According to reports, Calum is responsible for the leak of the video - he appearantly filmed himself having sex with Lindsay on his phone and then send the footage to friends.

If the clips prove to be genuine, this might be bad news for LiLo who spent the last few months trying to prove she is a credible actress and a good role model for girls.

Her controversial photoshoot caused a stir a few weeks ago when she posed nude for Rolling Stone magazine.

Confirmed by her father, Michael Lohan, and denied by her representative in a statement to Entertainment Tonight, it’s not really clear what happened, if anything, to actress Lindsay Lohan Friday in New York.
In a report by the New York Post beginning “it could have been the worst clip of her career” (oh what a clever play on words!), Michael Lohan is quoted telling the newspaper his daughter was hit by a motorcycle, “outside a club on 32nd Street” after attending a party with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
“She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about,” Lohan stated.
According to an employee at Beth Israel Hospital quoted by the paper, Lindsay was treated for injuries sustained in the accident, before being released at 4:00am the next morning.
Picked up and run with on Saturday by every online news source with a weekend editor, ET Online later reported the report to be false, quoting Lindsay’s publicist Leslie Sloane saying, “”I spoke to Lindsay and she said this didn’t happen.”
So, what gives?
Why would Michael Lohan, who’s developed over the years a propensity (as well as profiting considerably) for dishing on his eldest daughter, suddenly give an erroneous account to the New York Post? If the accident didn’t occur, what are we to make of the hospital source quoted in the newspaper’s story? Was she perhaps hospitalized for a different reason?
