Lady GaGa described herself as an outcast and said she didn’t talk to anyone during the star-studded bash.

GaGa was the toast of the show, winning three awards including best international female, but that didn’t win her any friends.

“I didn’t speak to anyone at the Brits,” she said on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, which airs tonight.

“I’m an outcast from the music industry,” she explained. “I don’t have any friends in the music business.”

“I feel detached from the celebrity world, you never see me falling out of nightclubs.”

But there is one person who wins Gaga’s approval - The Queen.

“There is no greater lady than the Queen,” she said.

The pair met after Gaga performed at the Royal Variety Performance.

If MTV is trying to lure Britney Spears back onto the Video Music Awards stage — the site of so many of her triumphs, and one of her most visible crashes — they’re not being very coy about it. Ms. Spears received seven nominations for the 2009 VMAs this morning, second only to Beyoncé and Lady Gaga, who will face off for the most Moonmen with nine nods apiece. Eminem, Coldplay and Kanye West are all up for four trophies, and Green Day — who have been confirmed as performers on the September 13th’s live broadcast — nabbed two.
