Britney Spears’ boyfriend is reportedly not a fan of her music.

Jason Trawick, who is also the pop singer’s agent, allegedly let slip at Paris Hilton’s recent birthday bash that he “hates” her hit single Toxic, according to reports.

A source said: ‘Jason… was definitely enjoying himself until DJ Mr Best threw on Britney Spears’ song Toxic.


“When the song came on, the first thing out of Jason’s mouth was, ‘Oh my God, I hate this song!’”

The source added: “His friends all laughed and continued to talk, but he interrupted them by saying, ‘I’m sorry, I can’t hear what you’re saying over her voice’. He wasn’t laughing.’

The pair have been dating since early last year, but were plagued by break-up rumours during the Circus star’s ill-fated Aussie tour last November, after Trawick reportedly rejected her proposal of marriage, according to reports.

Meanwhile, an inside source has revealed that Spears’ father, Jamie, has been pushing the relationship due to Trawick’s ‘good influence’ on his daughter.

Lindsay Lohan is planning to cover a Britney Spears song.

The actress-and-singer - who is believed to currently be working on her third album - is keen to rework one of the pop star’s biggest hits.

A source said: “Lindsay is on the Britney bandwagon. She is hoping to cover ‘Womanizer’ or ‘Oops! … I Did It Again’.”

Lindsay became good friends with the 27-year-old singer in 2006, shortly after Britney filed for divorce from Kevin Federline.

The pair, along with socialite Paris Hilton, were regularly seen partying together in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and were both photographed by the paparazzi not wearing any underwear.Lindsay’s latest record ‘Spirit in the Dark’ is reportedly packed with guest appearances, including Ne-Yo, Akon, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kanye West and Timbaland.

The 22-year-old star - who is dating DJ Samantha Ronson, the sister of super-producer Mark Ronson - recently claimed Pharrell Williams was also desperate to collaborate with her.

She said: “Pharrell is amazing. He said, ‘I’d love to make a great record with you, but I want to take you out of all the elements that you’re used to. Let’s go somewhere nice where you can be focused.’ ”

Lindsay’s pop career started with her recording songs for the films she starred in, including ‘Herbie: Fully Loaded’ and ‘Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen’.

She then released two albums ‘Speak’ in 2004 and ‘A Little More Personal (Raw)’ in 2005.

Britney Spears has reportedly been forced to re-record her song, “If You Seek Amy” due to the threat of radio stations worrying about “that mom in the minivan with her eight-year-old”. Good grief, will this ever end?

She is editing the track, which includes the lyrics, “All of the boys and all the girls are beggin’ to If You Seek Amy”, to “If You See Amy”. Why ya gotta cater to these fools just to get your music heard?!?!?

I like the song just the way it is and don’t believe in censorship. The uncensored version is going to do well in the dance clubs, though.

Fans are spending more than just a night at the “Circus” – they’re taking it home.

According to Billboard, “Circus,” Britney Spears’ new album will top the album charts next week.

The album could reportedly sell 450,000 copies in its first week on the racks, the same tally that notched Kanye West’s “808s & Heartbreak” the top spot this week. Should Britney complete the feat, it’ll be her fifth No. 1 album — more than any other female artist except Barbra Streisand, Madonna, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson.

Her previous album, 2007’s “Blackout,” sold 290,000 copies to debut in second place thanks to a last-minute rules change that counted sales of The Eagles’ chart-topping Wal-Mart exclusive, “Long Road Out Of Eden.” Previously, albums sold at a single retailer would not be counted toward chart placement.

Britney has been promoting the album everywhere from Germany’s Bambi Awards to the U.K.‘s “The X Factor” to NBC’s Christmas At Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting and will launch a tour in March.
