Heath Ledger’s family moved quickly to speak out Saturday after details of the late actor’s will were released – showing he had not updated it since his relationship with Michelle Williams and the 2005 birth of their daughter Matilda Rose.

“Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family,” Heath’s father Kim Ledger says in a statement. “They will be taken care of and that’s how Heath would want it to be.”

Ledger’s will – filed in Australia in April 2003, before Williams and before his Oscar nomination for Brokeback Mountain – left everything he owned to his parents and sister, New York’s Daily News reported Saturday. A series of documents filed in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court revealed that the actor had less than $145,000 in New York assets at the time, including a $25,000 Toyota Prius and $20,000 in furniture and fixtures.

Ledger’s rep quickly squashed any speculation that Williams and 2-year-old Matilda would not be provided for. “The story is getting taken out of context and media is speculating that this means Matilda and Michelle will not be taken care of. I want to make it very clear nothing could be farther from the truth.”

Aussie folk-pop sensation SIA has been left hurt by AMY WINEHOUSE after the troubled Brit told her she was too intimidated by her to team up on record.
Sia is a big fan of Winehouse’s music, and approached the rehab singer over a planned collaboration.
But she had no idea Winehouse would turn her down flat.
Sia says, “I asked Amy Winehouse to do a collaboration and she said, ‘No way.’ And I was like, ‘Why not?’ And she said, ‘I’m intimidated by you. I’ve been listening to you since I was a teenager.’ “I was totally shocked because she’s my favourite contemporary voice.” And Sia admits she’s now become Winehouse’s celebrity ’stalker’.
She adds, “I’ve met her a couple of times and I kind of stalk her.
“I’ve got her phone number and whenever I listen to her album and I love it, I text her and say, ‘I’m listening to it again, it’s so good!’ She never responds. She doesn’t really respond to anyone, she doesn’t do e-mail.”

Pink ‘celebrated’ her marriage split with a raucous night out in Hollywood on Monday.

The ‘Trouble’ singer, who recently announced she had separated from her husband of two years Carey Hart, was spotted partying with longtime collaborator Butch Walker at one of her favourite Los Angeles haunts, the Key Club.

And Pink was not in the mood to mourn her marriage - she got the party started when she jumped onstage to join rockers Metal Skool, who perform at the venue every Monday night.

It isn’t the first time Pink has joined the group onstage - she teamed up with the tribute act onstage in 2006.

One fans tells In Touch magazine: “She sang laying on the floor because she seemed too drunk to stand.”

And it seems Walker is not only her producer and songwriting partner - he’s her new man.

Key Club regulars spotted the pair “making out” and “looking very together”, according to In Touch.

britney spears is cute sometimes but her dad has her cash

A Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner ruled Wednesday that Britney Spears’ father would retain control of his daughter’s finances and estate for five more months.

Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz extended James Spears’ control until July 31, said court spokesman Alan Parachini. Parachini wasn’t immediately able to provide more information.

Spears was named co-conservator of the pop star’s estate after she was hospitalized twice in January. His temporary authority was to continue until Monday.

the year leading up to the hospitalizations, Spears had been caught on camera by paparazzi engaging in increasingly bizarre behavior. She shaved her head, beat a vehicle with an umbrella, wore skirts sans underwear and left her car on a busy street with a flat tire.
