Allrecipes.com Announces Six International Versions of Its Food-Based Communities

Allrecipes.com, the original and largest food-based vertical social networking community, today announced the launch of new, localized versions for UK and Australia/New Zealand audiences: Allrecipes.co.uk and Allrecipes.com.au. As a Top 10 social networking site (ComScore), Allrecipes.com attracts more than 50 million annual unique visitors–20 percent from outside the United States–who gather on the site to share food experiences through recipes, photos, ratings, profiles, reviews and more.

Building upon this month’s launch of Allrecipes UK and Allrecipes Australia, Allrecipes will roll out country-specific versions for France and Germany by the end of 2008. Two more localized versions are planned for release by summer 2009.

The new versions are the only local sites providing a complete range of exciting, user-generated content for everyday home cooks. The international versions are translated into local languages, ingredients and measures, and feature content (recipes, ratings and reviews, photos and profiles) created by in-country member audiences.

Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has confirmed there is a sex tape of the pair.

The British paparazzo claims he and Britney - who reportedly wears nothing but a pink wig throughout the X-rated piece - made the footage while on holiday in Mexico, and admits he is considering selling the two-hour tape for “the right price”.

He is quoted by Heat magazine as saying: “There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

It was previously claimed the tape, which had never before been confirmed, features 20 minutes of full sex between Britney and Adnan after a lengthy foreplay session.

A source said: “The video starts with Britney undressing. She was wearing some cheap clothes. The sex wasn’t particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout. ”

At one point in the tape Adnan asks Britney to remove the pink wig but she refuses, saying, ‘Take what off? There’s nothing left to take off.’ ” Britney wouldn’t be the only celebrity to be the victim of a sex tape scandal.

Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian and Verne Troyer have all featured in raunchy videos.

Kim Kardashian and her champion professional partner Mark Ballas were axed from Dancing with the Stars Tuesday.

The date was also the five-year anniversary of Kim’s famous attorney father’s death. Robert Kardashian represented O.J. Simpson along with attorney Johnny Cochran, and comprised a “dream team” of lawyers who kept OJ free.  Kardashian died in 2003 at age 59; Cochran died in 2005 at age 67.

“I just know he’s really happy and watching over me and I made him proud,” Kim, who earned 17 out of 30 points for her rumba with Mark, told hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris, before taking the stage for a final dance.

Mark’s father Corky and his partner, actress Cloris Leachman, who scored the lowest of all the teams with 15 points, were the last pair to be sent to safety backstage, and will return to compete next week.

Judges Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba unanimously chose Warren Sapp and Kym Johnson, who earned 24 points Monday, to perform their leather-clad, Matrix-inspired paso doble, hailing their performance.

Country crooner Jessica Simpson performed her hit single, “Come on Over,” and later covered Robbie Williams’s “Angels.”

Siblings Derek and Julianne Hough were declared safe at the same time.

Kim Kardashian, once off cameras, rushed to the waiting arms of her family and broke down into tears.

“What can I say… I am obviously sad to go,” Kardashian blogged on her Web site the next day, “but I am more sad to not be seeing this amazing cast that really has grown so close together.”

“It was a tough day for her,” Ballas said after the show, “and we talked about it, and I imagine it will always be a sad day for her. I just hope that her time on the show was magical for her, and, at the end of the day, I will always be so proud that I was the one holding her hand up there.”

Kardashian’s shyness was her Achilles heel. “What people don’t realize about her,” stepfather Bruce Jenner told People magazine “Is that she is incredibly shy. She’s a smart business woman, but a very shy and quiet girl.”

With a real sex tape, we add.

“I know I wasn’t the best dancer and I never claimed to be,” Kardashian blogged. “I have never taken a dance class in my life until now! But WOW what an incredible experience!”

Kim Kardashian is doing Dancing With The Stars because she wants to challenge herself and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. She also plans on using the strict regime of the routines to tone up her body and shake her fear of dancing in public.

Kim told OK magazine, “I’m the girl who’s too shy to dance in a nightclub — maybe for one song, and then that’s it.”

Don’t worry though about Kim losing her curves, she definately plans on keeping them. When asked by OK magazine if she wanted to lose her famous curves Kim said, “No, not at all. I don’t even think that’s really possible. I’m going to probably have kids soon, so I want to have the perfect body before then. It’ll be harder to get in shape afterward, so why not do it now.”

She also told them, “I really want to be toned. Every girl has her insecurities, whether she is skinny or not. You want to look good when you’re on vacation in a swimsuit.”

When asked how dancing is different than working out at the gym she said, “You use different muscles. I definitely feel my legs toning up. It’s really good to mix it up and do something different.”

Kim may be on her way of achieving her goal of shaking her fears of dancing in public. Her second dance of the week was a Mambo to the song… “I Like Big Butts!”

Britney Spears said she plans to make her first international tour since 2004 to support her highly anticipated new album, “Circus.”

In an interview broadcast on Monday by New York radio station Z100, Spears was asked if she planned to tour.

“Oh definitely, next year,” she said, adding the tour would probably take her “around the world.”

That would mark her first major concert tour since 2004.

Last year, Spears performed in a handful of club shows in Southern California under the name the M+M’s but did not go on the road to promote her last album, “Blackout,” which had a good chart debut in November 2007 but faded quickly.

After more than a year of making headlines for shaving her head, attacking paparazzi with an umbrella and two admissions to psychiatric hospital units, Spears, 26, is preparing for a comeback.

Her last live public performance was a much-ridiculed rendition of “Gimme More” at the MTV Video Music Awards a year ago.

The singer’s latest single, “Womanizer,” was released on Friday and is the first single off “Circus,” which will be released on December 2 — her 27th birthday. She told Z100 she spent six months working on the album
